WEEK 1

TIPS FROM OUR FIRST SESSION...

1. This is a lifestyle, not a diet. Gradually make changes, in your mind first, and they will manifest in your actions. Quick fads don't produce lasting results. Begin to make changes that gear towards a new life!

2. Food and nutrition are the number one factor in weight loss. You cannot workout without eating properly and expect the results you want to just occur. Accompany exercise with a proper diet.

3. Invest in baggies. Portion out your snacks in to zip lock bags according to the serving size. For example, a serving size for almonds is 1/4 cup. Measure out 1/4 cup of almonds and place them in the baggie. This helps you stay accountable with knowing what you are eating instead of aimlessly snacking.
